Welcome To 'The Finest Club In The World'

Our Chairman Mike Thomas first coined the phase, and now not many members don't believe that they belong to "The Finest Club In The World"
We welcome new members who wish to play for us or just support us as we try to play our lovely summer game.
We run two elevens in the Hertfordshire Cricket League on Saturdays along with a 3rd XI in the Millman, and three in the Bedfordshire League on Sundays.
We hope to be able to get a 4th XI out in 2009
We have a Mid Week Eleven in the Bedford Mid-Week Cricket League. We also enter the competitions run by the East Beds Shield. In 2006 we won the East Beds Senior Shield & in 2008 the Heritage Cup (beating Biggleswade Town in the final).
We have two Under 10 sides, two under 12, two under 14 and a Under 16 side all taking part in the Bedfordshire Youth League.
Details of our winter colts programme can be found on the Mid Beds Youth Cricket Cluster's web site
http://midbedycc.play-cricket.com
A body which we fully support for the good of Bedfordshire cricket.
Our ground is lovely and our bar well stocked
We have Clubmark and are a Bedfordshire Cricket Board Focus Club
We have successfully hosted Minor Counties Fixture from 2006. With Lincolnshire, Norfolk & Cheshire visiting the Park.
On the 26th April 2009 Oxfordshire will visit the Park to take on Bedfordshire in a 50 overs a side fixture

We have a new sister website, where you can meet the players and their sponsors, www.ampthillcricketclub.co.uk
